WELCOME!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor and former high school counselor, I am committed to helping adolescents break down emotional and psychological barriers, empowering them to live a brighter and more fulfilling life. I specialize in talk therapy for people ages thirteen to eighteen, particularly high school athletes and students faced with feelings of depression and anxiety. See below to learn more about me.

MY STORY

Since obtaining my Master's degree in 2017, I’ve worked with hundreds of teenagers as a Professional School Counselor and high school soccer coach.  My goal is to help students understand their own thoughts and emotional patterns, and to support them in making more productive choices. With the right tools, I work with you to move towards a better outlook on any issues that life brings your way. Don’t know where to start?
